M had his weekly bowling again last night.

He really seems to enjoy it and is one of the better bowlers on his team. The only issue is, he doesn’t pay attention to his teammates or the opposing team as they’re bowling, so he doesn’t participate when they’re all congratulating each other or giving high fives for a good round. When M and I decided to remodel our kitchen three years ago, my original plan was to have a seating space with bookcases and a place for a small TV. This has been one more CRAZY week!

At work, I’ve been helping with a project that has a looming deadline, so it’s been all hands on deck. Some people have been staying well into the night to try and complete everything. Welcome to Snowmageddon 2020!

Our area had the first snow of this winter yesterday and wow! You would have thought we had never seen anything like it before. Everyone kept checking out the windows, anxiously waiting to see if and when it would start. The people who work in the same building I do are part of our Home Health staff, so they weren’t excited about getting on the road if they were going to get stuck in it. My mom called me Saturday night to let me know that someone in our neighborhood had put 20 or 30 monkey grass plants “free to a good home” at the street, so if I wanted them, I needed to hurry up and get them.
